Kathmandu, March 14:
Deputy leader of the CPN (UML) parliamentary party Subas Nembang, speaking in today's parliament meeting has urged all to stand together for the implementation of the constitution.
He added that his party's Mechi-Mahakali Campaign was launched to create conducive environment for holding three-tier of elections in the stipulated time.
The UML parliamentary party deputy leader urged all parties not to suspect over the local poll. In another note, he requested parties to go for local poll with their parties' manifesto for election rather debating over constitution amendment bill as there was no chance of approving from the parliament.
Meanwhile, speaking in the 'zero hour' session of today's parliament, lawmaker Bhakta Bahadur Bishwakarma, urged for managing pension to retired civil servants effectively and easily.
Lawmaker Bharat Bahadur Khadka said that NCell should pay the capital gains tax to the government.
Similarly, lawmaker Ranjana Shrestha raised a question that why the government was silent regarding the Indian encroachment over Nepali lands.
