Kathmandu, March 5: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) senior leader and former Chief Minister of Uttarakhanda, Bhagat Singh Koshyari, has said that less than one per cent contentious issues remaining in the new constitution of Nepal could be resolved.
In a face to face programme organized by the Reporters' Club here today, leader Singh expressed his confidence that the contentious issues related to delineation of provinces would be resolved soon and the constitution would be fully implemented.
