Addressing a programme organized here on Tuesday by the Department of Customs to mark the 64th International Customs Day, he said the problems would gradually be solved since the constitutional amendment was done adopting maximum flexibility.
"The grievances and protests surfaced in course of promulgating the national charter have been addressed. It has created a positive environment everywhere. The obstruction seen in border points would also be ended very soon", the Minister added.
The ongoing Terai-Madhes agitation and border points based obstruction dropped the revenue collection by Rs 52 billions, he said, adding that the alternative measures should be adopted to meet minimum target of revenue collection.
